Sibbesborg Business Park
Sibbesborg Business Park is located next to the highway between Helsinki and Porvoo, in the Söderkulla area. The name of the Business Park dates back to a fort from the 14th century. The fort ruins are a landmark and culturally and historically important and also give a unique label to the Business Park.
Box Industrial Area
With an area of around 30 hectares, Box Industrial Park is located at the border between Sipoo and Porvoo, east of Söderkulla and close to the Sköldvik (Kilpilahti) oil refinery and harbour. Bordering the area are the border to Porvoo, the Helsinki-Porvoo highway, the Uusi Porvoontie road and Kilpilahdentie road. The distance to the village of Box is about one kilometer, the center of Söderkulla roughly 8,5 kilometers and the center of Nikkilä around 16 kilometers. The Kehä III circle road, that encircles the greater Helsinki area is circa 20 kilometers to the west.
Bastukärr Logistics Park
Bastukärr is located along Keravantie road in Martinkylä, Sipoo. It is located close to the border between the Municipality of Sipoo and the town of Kerava. The distance to Nikkilä center is about six kilometers and the closest junction to the Helsinki-Lahti highway is only 2,5 kilometers away. The international harbour of Vuosaari can be reached in about fifteen minutes and the main airport in Finland, the Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport is less than a half an hour drive away.
Vaahteramäki Business Park
Vaahteramäki Business Park is situated between Martinkylä and Talma villages, about five kilometers from Nikkilä center towards the town of Kerava. Kerava, Järvenpää and Vantaa are all close by.
