The municipality of Sipoo customer service offers the municipal residents a possibility to take care of their errands with Kela using a distance services connection. The service is especially useful if you for example wish to have more extensive guidance in taking care of your errands with Kela. In practice, the distance service is no different than more traditional face-to-face meetings with a Kela customer server agent.
You don’t have to make an appointment. However, the service may occasionally be busy, in which case you will have to wait a while. SipooInfo customer service advisors will open and close the connection with Kela. If they are currently not available, you will receive help from the library staff. Please make sure to have your ID card as well as all necessary documents and information with you.
