Reserving and Purchasing Corporate Building Sites
The municipality of Sipoo sells corporate building sites for construction of multi-storey buildings and terraced houses. The plots are situated in planned areas in Nikkilä and Söderkulla. The plots are reserved after mutual negotiations. Plots that have been on the market for a longer time are also available for rent.
