Golden Grove Pet Cemetery
The pet cemetery is now closed for the winter 2025-2026, and we will inform you again in the spring when we can receive new notifications about animals to be buried.
Golden Grove pet cemetery (Kultalehto) is a place where pet owners may bury their dogs, cats and other small-sized animals. The service is intended for the pets of residents of Sipoo municipality.
The municipality of Sipoo coordinates and allocates the burial plots. Otherwise, the cemetery is a self-service location. The owners will take care of the burial of their pets themselves.
The burial must always be arranged in advance, and the Municipality of Sipoo will designate the exact burial plot. The pet owner is advised to contact the municipality via My Services to reserve a burial plot well in advance. Inquiries about burial plots will be answered within 5 working days.
The small animal cemetery is located along the road that begins at the intersection of Itäisen Jokipuiston tie and Puutarhurintie. There is a signpost to the cemetery at the intersection. Below you can find arrival instructions on the map.
