Tax Rates
In the municipality of Sipoo, the income tax rate for the year 2023 is 6,61%.
Real estate tax rates for the year 2023:
- general real estate tax rate 1.00%
- tax rate for permanent residences 0,50%
- tax rate for other residences 1.10%
- tax rate for unbuilt sites 6.00%
Budget and Financial Statement
Each year, a budget is drawn up for the following business year together with an economy plan covering the budget year and the next two years.
Municipal Audit Committee Assessment Report and Audit Report
The municipal Audit Committee will prepare an assessment plan and present an assessment report to the municipal council for each year separately. The report consists of the results of the assessment. The assessment report is discussed in the council together with the financial statement for the year.
