Employment services

Our aim is to promote employment in Kerava by supporting the customer's path to employment and preventing long-term unemployment.

We aim to improve employment opportunities for people in different life situations, to contribute to their well-being and to promote social inclusion. Our work is based on personalised advice and guidance. We organise events to promote employment and coordinate the city's wage subsidy employment scheme. We are involved in the Vantaa and Kerava municipal employment experiment and provide a wide range of services to job seekers in Kerava.

Employment in companies is supported both operationally and financially through the municipal employment subsidy.

Our cooperation partners include in particular the TE Office, the Multidisciplinary Joint Employment Service (TYP), educational organisations, the Vantaa and Kerava Welfare Areas and, for young adults, the Kerava Help Centre and youth outreach work.
