Artborg Artist in Residence
Artborg AiR (Artist in Residence) is an artist residency program maintained by the Municipality of Sipoo, located in the former Gardener’s Cottage on the historic Nikkilä Hospital Area. Artborg AiR offers artists the opportunity to live and work free of charge in one place for a fixed period, focus on their artistic practice, and draw inspiration from the surrounding environment. For the residents of Sipoo, the residency brings international artists and their work easyly accessable in their own municipality.
The residency program is organized in cooperation with Sipoon Taiteilijat ry (Sipoo Artists Association) and Musiikkia Sipoossa ry (Music in Sipoo Association).
The residency program will take place during the summer of 2027, from weeks 21 to 34.
The application period for the 2027 residency program opens on 1 October and closes on 31 October 2026, 23:59 (EET, UTC+2)
