Sipoonlahden koulu was the first school in Sipoo to have both primary and middle school pupils. The school was grounded in August 2009. Our basic task is to offer the pupils high-quality preschool and basic education completed with morning and afternoon activities. We are also responsible for supporting and guiding the pupils in their growth and development, and for strengthening their view of themselves as learners.

All schools in the municipality of Sipoo use versatile working methods and teaching aids. Schools encourage the children to express themselves in a positive way, and to take responsibility for themselves and their surroundings. The schools take part in national and international development projects. All schools in the municipality of Sipoo value peaceful, quiet and safe working conditions, innovative thinking, and an ecologically friendly way of life.
