Service house Elsie is owned by the assisted living foundation Sipoon palvelutalosäätiö and the municipality of Sipoo. Thanks to the service house, the residents can have a safe and meaningful life near the nature. All residents in intensified assisted living will receive a personal service and care plan, ensuring the resident’s wellbeing in a home-like environment. Service house Elsie can provide alternatives to both independent and intensified assisted living.

The building also houses the open meeting point Treffi. especially directed to elderly municipal residents.
