Housing Service Unit Suvikuja

Suvikuja is a housing service unit providing its residents supported accommodation. The activities support the residents’ memory functions. Our goal is to create a good and pleasant living environment and give the residents diverse possibilities to take part in different kinds of hobbies and activities that maintain their functional abilities. Each resident is allocated a care taker of their own. This responsible professional functions as a support person for the resident and sees to that agreed activities are carried out. Our personnel acknowledges the residents’ individual needs and wishes, and plans the daily activities according to their personal resources. Relatives are given an opportunity to take part in the planning and implementation of their near one’s care and welfare. The unit has a large yard with a garden sitting area.
