Service Coordination for the Disabled

The goal of municipally organized services and support for people with disabilities is to give them a good and meaningful life, and equal opportunities in comparison to other municipal residents.

Disability services include

  • information and guidance to people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
  • social work given during changes in the client’s life situation
  • service accommodation and institutional care
  • personal assistance
  • work and day activities
  • temporary care
  • transportation services
  • home renovations
  • other necessary services and support

Personal meetings between a service coordinator and the client are arranged by appointment.
