Service Coordination for the Disabled
The goal of municipally organized services and support for people with disabilities is to give them a good and meaningful life, and equal opportunities in comparison to other municipal residents.
Disability services include
- information and guidance to people with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
- social work given during changes in the client’s life situation
- service accommodation and institutional care
- personal assistance
- work and day activities
- temporary care
- transportation services
- home renovations
- other necessary services and support
Personal meetings between a service coordinator and the client are arranged by appointment.
