Bastukärr - Space for logistics and industrial needs

Bastukärr is located along the Keravantie road in the west of Sipoo, right on the border of Kerava. The commercial centre of Sipoo, Nikkilä, is located about six kilometres away and the Lahti highway junction is about 2.5 kilometres away. Vuosaari Harbour is about fifteen minutes and the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport less than half an hour’s drive away.

The area is perfect for, for example, food and logistics industry operators.

Box - Space for big industrial businesses, right on the road to Russia

The 18-hectar area of Box is located on the border of Sipoo and Porvoo, on the east side of the Söderkulla urban area and near the Sköldvik oil harbour. The area is bordered by Porvoo, Porvoonväylä highway, Uusi Porvoontie road and Kilpilahdentie road. The distance, to the town centre of Söderkulla is 8.5 kilometres and to the town centre of Nikkilä 16 kilometres. Highway Kehä III is located approximately 20 kilometres west of the area.
